She will once again be on test on Sunday when she fights for a place in the Indian wrestling team for the Asian Championships, this time in the non-olympic category of 65kg.

As Sakshi moves to 65kg, she will have to battle out with some of her close friends for a place in the Indian team. Sakshi’s biggest test will be against 2018 Asian Wrestling Champion Navjot.

Like Sakshi, Navjot is also having average season this year as she lost her national crown to Nisha at the Jalandhar nationals. 5kg. I will give my best in the trials”, said the 2019 national winner in 62kg over phone to WrestlingTV.
